Grant scheme funding for tree planting is available on both sides of the border.
Another form of income is also available through sale of carbon credits generated via woodland planting. The Foundation is able to give advice on suitability of areas for tree planting, and on the amount of carbon which could be generated through planting.
Specifically, we offer the following services:
- Tree planting
- Identification of multi-benefit planting (natural flood management, nutrient offsetting, riparian corridors, shading, carbon)
- Support with applications to woodland creation opportunities and funding.
